City map concept

The homepage in the current stadium of design. This picture is infact an A1-format. The startscreen will be placed bottom centered. The capture of the map is depending on size of the screen of the user. On the four sites there will be arrows. You can also navigate by panning. The production is still in fixed. Soon i want to import the ai-files in flash. And than the mission will realy start...

Personal simcity with own designs and designs I work on at offices, coded light-gray. The designs are buttons two a second screen with a film strip of pictures applied by short explanations. The concept for this second screen will be published soon.

I need some tips for drawing in illustrator [like how to draw broken or dotted lines??]
Or an adres where I can find this info, so when anyone has a tip...
